I found the room somewhat comfortable, but the street noise was loud and there was no TV or power outlet to charge a phone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it has always met my needs; the receptionist’s service was exceptional—thank you so much. I’ve explained before that this hotel has met and continues to meet my needs.

The place was unhygienic, very dirty and poorly maintained in a noisy neighborhood, with nothing touristy around.

The location was good, but it needed a bit more cleaning and maintenance—walls had stains, the shower drain leaked stagnant water for a long time, and there was a smell coming from the bathroom even when it was clean. It could improve a little more so I wouldn’t have to leave these comments, but overall it can still be bettered.

Karol at reception was very friendly and helped us throughout our stay. The beds were hard, there was a lot of noise because we were on a main floor, and the rooms were very small.
