The stay was absolutely wonderful and offered incredible value. I spent one night at Sapphire Hotel while driving to Mangalore; although it’s about 5 km off the highway, the price more than compensates for the distance. The hotel is brand new and impeccably maintained. Parking in the basement requires a careful driver, but everything else was delightful. From the security guard to the reception team and room‑service staff, everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was fantastic: spacious, modern, with excellent fittings, a tea/coffee maker, crisp white sheets, and lovely towels. The bathroom had great water pressure. Room‑service food arrived quickly, tasted delicious, and came in generous portions. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—book it and you’ll love it! The only downside was that there were no hand towels, and the bathroom could use a shower curtain or glass partition.
“We have been their twice with baby the food rooms service all are bery good”
It’s centrally located and very neat and clean, but the front‑desk lady doesn’t have much information about rates and bookings.
“It’s good”
Overall it was fine, but the hotel should have had staff ready to help with luggage during check‑in and check‑out.
“Value for money”
It’s so serene and peaceful; the hygiene and cleanliness were exceptional, and the staff were always ready to serve. It’s perfect.
“Excellent stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.”
I spent three nights at The Sapphire Hotel from 10‑13 July and it was flawless—staff were warm, rooms spotless and cozy, and the Belgaum spot was spot‑on. Everything ran smoothly, no hiccups, and I even got a complimentary breakfast and an upgrade. I’d book again in a heartbeat.
