Nothing positive. The staff were unfriendly, the breakfast was mediocre and you had to beg for coffee. The loud street made it hard to sleep, and there were no signs to the rooms or entrances, so I kept asking for directions. The staff seemed annoyed, the wellness area was never shown to me, and paying 248 € for two nights was outrageous—I only slept one night there. Never again.

Tolle Lage, zentral mit Auto Außenanlage sehr schön angelegt Nettes Personal Frühstück gut Restaurant Speisekarte gut Preis Leistungsverhältnis 👍. Wir waren bei einem Event in Venlo, dass länger ging als gedacht. Wir versuchten drei Stunden das Hotel telefonisch und auch über booking com zu erreichen, um einen späteren checkin zu erfragen. Ohne Erfolg -wahrscheinlich lag der Telefonhörer daneben, denn es war diese 3 Stunden dauerbesetzt Um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen mussten wir das Event abbrechen. Das war sehr sehr schade Check in Zeiten nicht so gut Erreichbarkeit der obigen Zimmer für ältere Menschen nicht so empfehlenswert

The staff were very friendly and animal‑loving, and the German‑bourgeois cuisine was good. The hotel is outside Viersen, close to nature with a large parking lot.
