We had dinner the 1st night & it was excellent, so was the breakfast for both mornings, the staff were friendly & helpful, the room was clean & comfortable. Definitely recommend & will return in the future

Breakfast was excellent, I loved the character of the malt cross and also had Sunday dinner here which was also excellent. The character, the four poster bed and the food were a bit disappointing.

“An excellent hotel with top marks to the owners and staff”

An excellent stay, the best in a long time. The owners and staff were exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in a lot of subjects which was a pleasure to share conversations. The menu is above and beyond regional level, the service was 10/10 and the breakfast was simply the best I have ever had. We look forward to future stays and highly recommend the Cross Keys to work colleagues, friends and family

“Would never go there again as value equation unacceptable”

Right place for the journey. Asked for rooms close together and they were as far apart as could be imagine (and my daughter is disabled). Did even send our preference?? Room facilities very limited and price per night for what we got was very high
