The Moatoga Hotel is a family-owned hotel situated in the heart of central Apia, offering a range of guest rooms including double, triple, king suites, and family rooms. Located 5 minutes' drive from Apia's town centre and 30 minutes' drive from Faleolo International Airport, it's within walking distance to the Flea Market and opposite the Fugalei Fresh Produce Market and bus terminal.

The hotel sits quietly yet centrally, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are well equipped. I’ve never seen Wi‑Fi priced at 10 US$ per day elsewhere. Breakfast was okay but not particularly tasty.

The location was right in the city, just a short walk from shops, markets, and especially the Fungalei market across from the hotel. Breakfast was simple and pleasant to start the day. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping team who always greeted with a smile, and the night security guard was helpful and kind. The only drawback was the cleanliness: the floor in our room felt sticky, as if the same mop was used in every other room. Other than that, everything matched the room’s price.

The hotel is in the town centre and the staff were amazing, but there is no pool.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air‑conditioning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. The location is excellent, but there’s no space for large groups to gather, and parking was difficult.
