The owners were fantastic—friendly and always ready to help. The spot feels like a little hide‑away with an amazing view, and the kids loved the unique activity they offered. On the downside, it was pretty chilly and there was no strong warm AC or thick blankets, and we missed having a microwave for a quick coffee or milk.

My family and I stayed at the Horseland BJ chalet and were blown away by how caring Harry, Angelina and their son were; they even helped us out when we got a flat tire on the way. The place is quiet, spotless, and the chalet itself feels cozy with fresh linens, a mini‑fridge and a hot shower. It really felt like home, so we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the scenery is simply stunning—definitely a spot I’d visit again. The only hitch is the long stretch of dirt road leading up there, but that’s the trade‑off for the peace and beauty the place offers.
