“Nice place to stay”
The place is clean and comfortable, and I like everything 😍

The place was clean, well‑located, and the temperature was just right, and overall there was nothing to complain about.
“Great location aesthetically pleasing just needs a little bit more TLC”
The hotel was close to restaurants, shops, and bars, the room was roomy, and the free coffee, tea, and biscuits selection was great – the location is unbeatable and Capri looked stunning! The only downside was a bit of noise from the apartment above, the sofa‑bed sheets smelled, so we ended up with three people in the bed, and the floors could have been cleaner; after we showered we walked on the floor and our feet felt slightly dirty again. We used the hot‑tub bath and a lot of black residue came out of the jets.

Everything was amazing, but the cleanliness, quietness, and the staff's attitude could use improvement.
The location was superb and the room spacious; it was very quiet even though it’s right in the center.
