The hosts were fantastic and super friendly, offering beer, tea, chocolates, and cake, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air‑con worked well, the double‑glazed windows kept the room quiet, and the balcony at the front was pleasant. I had my own fridge and a fully equipped shared kitchen. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the beach or a 15‑minute easy stroll to Old Town in the opposite direction, so the location is very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful.

The property is in a perfect spot: the nearest beach is a 5‑minute walk, and the old town center is a 10‑minute stroll. The rooms have all the essentials. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and safe, and each room has its own combined fridge. Parking is in the courtyard, and there’s a barbecue and a large table available—quite a lot for guests to use. The hosts are very friendly and always on hand. I highly recommend this accommodation; it’s hard to find better value for the price. I can’t recall any shortcomings.

The property is spotless to perfection, located in a peaceful, green setting with a courtyard parking spot. The location is excellent, and the accommodation itself is outstanding, especially thanks to the warmth of hosts Marija and Tomi. We felt right at home, with everything we needed readily available. Such hosts are simply a dream.

I stayed in a cozy, quiet place that made me feel truly at home; the hosts greeted me warmly and supplied plenty of information. The shared kitchen had comfortable seating and all the necessary utensils, so I could prepare breakfast, dinner, or brew coffee whenever I liked. A lovely shared terrace with its own seating and a sea view was also available, and the nearby beach is easily reachable on foot. I was thrilled and would love to return for another holiday here. “Wczasy w Rovinj”

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pension is well positioned – the Old Town of Rovinj is a 20‑minute walk away, and the nearest beach with a beautiful view of the Old Town is about 10 minutes on foot. It’s a great base for exploring Istria by car. Warm greetings and thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay and for their help when needed 😃
