The welcome, proximity to Gare du Nord, and the quality of breakfast. Very good value for money. Nothing else to add.

A simple hotel, you get what you paid for, but still – nice position, just 100 meters from Gare du Nord station, easy to find. A bar (also a breakfast place) is on the 1st floor, the rooms are on the 2nd. The room was fine, clean, and I even had a sink and a shower, but shared WC (clean, no issues). Overall, a good place to sleep over if traveling. I would stay there again if I need a place to overnight.

Only near the station, just enough for a bachelor’s stay, no family rooms, nothing else. The room was small, dirty, with a bad washroom, and noisy. It’s on the 3rd floor with a wooden stair; luggage can’t be taken upstairs easily. Very bad hotel.

Great location right across from Nord station, close to a transport stop. The building is old.
