The welcome was very good; Stefano helped us whenever we needed it, the accommodation is well situated, and very clean.

The breakfast was decent, but everything else fell short of what was promised: no appliances, no fridge—just a fridge‑bar that barely cooled anything, poorly placed light switches, a high‑up bathroom, and overall a terrible experience.
