The location was good and the front‑desk guy was kind, but the room was dirty with hair and debris everywhere, it was gross and I didn’t even want to be inside; the fridge wouldn’t work unless the light was on so we had to remove the bulb to sleep, parking was tough because they have double spaces and the staff wanted us (or other people parked there) to leave our keys with them to move cars when we needed to leave, though other spaces were sometimes available, and the toilet was super loud for minutes after flushing.

The spot was spot‑on, just a 5 minute stroll to the beach, and the rooms were clean and lovely; the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great, though parking is limited and you have to use the street.
