Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I was close to the station and the rooms, though small, felt welcoming, but the pictures online didn't match the room I actually got, and the staff were quite rude.

Right next to Roma Termini station. Clean room. Friendly and courteous staff. We could leave our luggage until our departure.

I stayed just one night while switching trains, and it turned out to be an excellent choice; the room was very comfortable and spotless, and the staff were super attentive, with nothing that I didn't like.

There is no door between the toilet and the room, which makes it uncomfortable.
