The breakfast was top notch and the staff had great, pleasant personalities. I stayed in the private pool room, but the water was always cold—wish it had a heated pool.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Vistas impresionantes a las Petronas desde habitación y especialmente desde la zona de piscina (súper agradable). Habitación muy amplia y bien equipada, colchón muy confortable, amenities correctas. Desayuno variadisimo y de buena calidad. Todo perfecto, salvo por el tiempo que tarda en desbloquearse el depósito del check in (en nuestro caso, prácticamente 1 mes), que no nos parece en absoluto razonable (en Singapour por ejemplo un hotel comparable tardó únicamente 1 semana)

Incroyable petit déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins, emplacement proche de Bukit Bintang et des tours, nous avions la chambre avec piscine et c’était un must! Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et présent pour vous aider. La qualité du petit déjeuner et tous les choix représentent vraiment ce pays, si je reviens à KL je choisirai ce même hôtel!. Rien

La habitación es muy espaciosa. La ducha muy grande. Reponen agua en la habitación siempre que se te acaba. Hay café y bebidas en la nevera sin cargo. El acceso al lounge ejecutivo excelente, con opciones de comida para media tarde, dulces y saladas, además de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas. El desayuno es espectacular. Las vistas desde la planta 51 y la piscina son magníficas. Nos ha encantado. La piscina de la habitación tiene el agua muy fría, con lo cual cuesta mucho utilizarla. El suelo de madera de la habitación está un poco desgastado
