We stayed in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable room that made the whole experience a joy. The location was ideal—close to restaurants and shops yet far from any noise. The staff were very friendly, especially My My, who gave us great dining and sightseeing tips and helped us rent a scooter and a van to get around Hoi An. Thanks again for everything!

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic bed and a perfect setup; the décor was gorgeous and the bathtub was a real bonus. At exactly noon we were rushed to leave in an excessively hasty manner: the reception called us on the phone while the cleaning lady rang our doorbell at the same time, giving us no more than two minutes to finish getting ready. We had already taken our bags out and were clearly ready to leave—my partner was just putting on shoes. Still, the cleaning lady insisted I get into the elevator without waiting and forced me in. In the rush the doors closed on me, causing pain. This conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable toward guests, even during check‑out. It was a real disappointment, as the incident tainted an otherwise great stay.

The room was clean and tidy, a lovely space! The ladies at reception were also extremely helpful in getting us tours and cars arranged. Beautiful hospitality! The pool is directly in the lobby area so not that enticing to use. The bathroom is also a little small, but they provide you with flip‑flops for after a shower when the floor is wet which is thoughtful – it does the job! ✨️ The AC also wasn’t the strongest, but kept us cool enough in the heat!

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The bed is so old it creaks with every movement. The staff are indifferent, with no smiles at all. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it needs a refresh, with stained sheets and a similarly dirty floor.

The location was excellent for heaps of attractions for both day and night. Close to Perfume River walkway, which has many coffee shops. The pool was great for a cool off. Staff were helpful and shower facilities and luggage holding were available if you checked out but had a late bus. Nothing to do with them. but.barking dog in the neighborhood. Thank goodness for soundproofing
