I loved this little hotel – it’s cute, historic, and the room was perfectly lovely. It sits right down the street from Westminster Abbey and other tourist spots, and the attached pub served delicious fish and chips, beer, and breakfast on both mornings of our stay. The staff were really sweet and friendly every time we spoke with them. The AC worked well, which we appreciated because it was warm when we stayed. The room was a great size, had charming details, and the bathroom offered good water pressure in the shower. It was the perfect place for our first time in London, and I would 100 % stay again! The only downside was that the elevator was broken during our stay – it was a Bank Holiday weekend so they couldn’t find anyone to fix it. They offered us a couple of free drink vouchers for the pub, but the experience was made more memorable by walking up the stairs from the 5th and top floor and seeing all the interesting artwork.
