The coffee/tea station after asking was good, the location was in a very lively commercial district, and the king‑size bed was nice, but a service door was left open and we saw surrounding dirt, which made us reluctant to use their restaurant; the breakfast included was ridiculous and we had to insist to get it.

promised five-star facilities.but it was just a two star hotel. Support from booking .com was zero. They didn't even bother to call even after 20mails. Don't book . Go to hotel directly. The owner was a good man he tried to understand and helped me. Fake promises and over pricing by
