It’s a solid spot, well laid out. The staff I dealt with spoke a bit of Spanish, were all very friendly and always ready to help, which I really appreciated. The place is a 20‑minute walk from Krakow Galleria. The bed had a noticeable sink, so it’s probably time for a replacement.

Too many people snoring like pigs, and it was so noisy.

The location is good. There’s a bit of a cleanliness issue, but it gets the job done.
