“Customer services was not good”

Nothing positive to mention. The place was simply not clean.

“I paod almost $1200 for two nights and had a bad experience.”

The only thing that worked was the location; the room itself was filthy, with bugs in the bathtub and a spider perched on the pillow. The towels felt brand new but smelled as if they had never been washed. The hairdryer was barely functional, as if it were on its last legs.

“Terrible motel - will never make this mistake again.”

The first room had a strong mildew and mold odor, making it impossible to imagine sleeping there. After we were moved, the new room smelled like smoke, and even after unpacking, all our clothes carried that smoky scent. We paid $500/n because it was a family weekend.

I never experienced a bad bed at this Best Western motel. The downside was that the TV channels were not very interesting.
