There was nothing to say positively; we couldn’t stay there because no one was there to receive us, the entrance door was broken, and it clearly looked like it was under construction.

There was nothing positive; it was very basic, look at the photos I sent – the frying oil was rotten, the food in the fridge was bad, the moving boxes were a mess, the bathroom was disgusting, there was a foul smell, holes in the sheets, stains on the walls, and so on. Even though it was free, I couldn’t sleep there; the proof was that even when I paid, I chose another hotel.
