The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, and the location was great; we appreciated being able to check in early, and most staff members were friendly. However, the Smart TV was outdated and couldn't connect to any devices.

The neighborhood is fantastic, right next to the subway, giving easy access to anywhere you want to go, and the rooms were both comfortable and clean—nothing to complain about.

The best thing about this property is the location right across the Porter T stop. The hotel is also relatively new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Room was very quiet despite being on a main road. The room was very small, although, we knew this prior to the stay. There were a few minor issues like the bathroom slider door wouldn’t close all the way due to the upper track coming loose and the TP roll holder was semi broken
