The apartment felt comfortable enough for a short stay, but the lighting was way too dim and could really use an upgrade.

I liked the spot a lot – right in front of Moema metro, close to the shopping center and Ibirapuera park, and the bathroom and room were a decent size. The only downside was that we had to wait almost half an hour past the promised check‑in time before the door was finally opened.

The hotel’s location was spot‑on and the room was clean and solid, giving good value for the price. Just wish breakfast had been included.

Location can’t be beat – right across from Moema metro – but the bathroom was a nightmare. It still had the previous guest’s stuff, no trash bag in the bin, walls in the shower were stained with mold and hair, and when I complained the staff kept passing the blame back and forth. I stay in this area often and won’t return because the hygiene was practically unacceptable.
