The location was amazing, the rooms were beautiful, clean, and offered great views. The grounds were lovely, with olive groves and lemon trees, and the terrace for breakfast was well maintained. We felt the staff were understaffed; they couldn’t provide transportation at the scheduled times because of other guests’ needs. We managed around it, but at checkout we felt we delayed guests who wanted transport to Monterosso, and they had to wait on us. Having two staff on duty would have helped.
