The food was delicious and varied, and the beds were super comfortable. The employees need customer‑service training; they give instructions reluctantly, sound automated, never smile, don't greet you, and don't wish you a good trip when you check out. That might be minor, but when you’re treated nicely you’ll definitely come back. The lobby bar area is tiny and fills up after the nightly show, so you end up in your room; there are no board games to pass the time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional and exquisite food, a large and clean pool, and attentive staff who met all our requests. The rose petals left in our room as a decorative touch were a lovely surprise. However, I did find the bathrooms to be quite far from the beach, and the room cleanliness could be improved.
