The staff responded well, but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned.

The hospitality was good, but they only offered soap and towels. The central AC wasn’t working, the bathroom was dirty, and the intercom was dead. It’s far from the city center, and you’ll spend a lot on an auto—there’s a minimum Rs. 200/- charge for an auto from there. They claim it’s a three‑star hotel, yet the facilities are below even an ordinary hotel. I booked for two days but cancelled after one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location, which is just adjacent to the New bus stand and well-connected to all the nearby attractions. However, I was disappointed by the lack of daily room service, including cleaning and food service, which made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by several issues, including an unclean toilet and an uncomfortable mattress. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bar was a concern for me, and I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provide a more comfortable experience for their guests.
