The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location allows you to walk to the tourism centre and the city centre, and parking is also available.

The location is very close to the Petra Visitor Centre and even closer to the shuttle bus waiting area. The hotel has a basement car park, and most restaurants are within a 10–15‑minute walk. It was a good stay, though there were no hanging hooks.

A very good new hotel, just 5 minutes from the Petra Visitor Center. Breakfast is good, and dinner can be had at the sister hotel across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Issa was very helpful with everything.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Waleed Nawaf. The rooms were impeccably clean, and breakfast was delightful. The corridors got a bit noisy at one point, hinting at a minor insulation issue and a lack of consideration from other guests.
