Intercontinental Superbe appartement avec piscine

The apartment is wonderful, very clean, thoughtfully designed. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Two bathrooms are a lifesaver. The terraces offer a fantastic view. Located in a modern residential complex, there’s a pool on the premises, but we didn’t use it because we preferred the sea. The place is close to the train station, and there’s a shop right at the entrance—very convenient. The only downside was some noise from the road at night; both rooms face the main avenue where motorcycles pass by, so we had to close the windows in the middle of the night and it got stuffy.

Nice, well‑equipped apartment. Friendly staff. Lovely balcony. Great location if you want to stay near the train station. It’s a bonus that Carrefour is on the ground floor. We had a minor issue with a toilet door that jammed a few times and a broken washing machine that wasn’t fixed during our stay.

“Très bel appart bien équipé”

The apartment was very clean, well‑equipped, and nicely decorated. It was spacious enough and very bright. Parking was a big plus. The air‑conditioning was also highly appreciated. Our contact person was very friendly and responsive. The only negative point for us was the main street being very noisy.

The apartment’s layout and central spot—just a short walk to the sea, the bus and train station, and Menton’s center—were great, but the air‑con drain in the bucket had to be emptied every day.

“Trivsamt och rymligt!”

Two balconies, AC, parking, clean and spacious, and a convenience store at the base of the building were all positives. The pool, though a bonus, was street‑side, tiny, and lacked a surrounding seating area, so we never used it. If you want proximity to the center and the beach, it might feel a bit far—20 minutes on foot—but for those willing to walk, the distance is reasonable.
