The location is good, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff were great, and the front desk was super helpful, though the corridor is a long walk to reach the end of the hall.

Everything was meticulously kept, the staff were extremely professional and hardworking, the pool was beautiful, and the gym was great.

When I used the key card at check‑in, the door opened to reveal another guest already inside; the front desk said it was a staff mistake but offered no apology.
