The location was fine, but the television didn’t work.

They handed me a room that wasn’t even cleaned. Then they gave me another room with a visibly dirty floor that looked like it had been vomited on, and there was a dead cockroach as soon as we walked in.

Nothing! I didn’t stay here, yet my card was charged $126.07. My bank is looking into it and trying to reverse the charge, but management has been completely unhelpful. It’s unclear why this is so difficult.

We had no problems with the location at first, and the staff were friendly, but we didn’t know about the $100 cash safety deposit until after booking. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. We had to walk to the office to get our keys reprogrammed, after which the smoke detector began chirping and the property had no spare batteries. They moved us to a new room, but the detector chirped again after 30 minutes. I returned to the office, demanded a refund, and we decided to leave. I had to snap a photo of their iPad showing the refund because they either didn’t have a functioning printer or any paper to print a copy.
