We chose the sea‑view rooms and found them very quiet and peaceful at night; the pool and sauna staying open until 9 was a bonus. Personally, the bed felt a little too firm, but that’s just my preference.

The room was very spacious, with a lovely comfortable bed and sofa; the balcony offered an amazing view, and the air‑con kept the room cool. The only downside was a hole in the carpet near the door onto the balcony, which made the room look a bit grim.

We honestly could not have chosen a better hotel for our five-night stay. The location was perfect, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, and every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lorraine deserves a very special mention — her warmth, professionalism, kindness and genuine care were exceptional. Sue, all the reception team, and everyone who looked after our room also gave more than 100% every day. The breakfast was lovely, and the location suited us perfectly. The only small difficulty was that there was no lift for customers, which was initially a concern as my wife had recently had knee and ankle surgery. However, the staff could not have been more understanding and did everything they possibly could to make sure I had a room that fully met my needs. Their care and willingness to help completely turned what could have been a problem into something we barely thought about
