Very spacious room and perfectly clean. The airconditioning was also working very well. What made this a 10/10 for me was the host. I knew I wanted to see the caves and they provided some options. After checking online, I knew which type of tour I wanted to do. The host booked it for me even cheaper than I saw online. They also booked a bus for me as I was limited by the options provided by tthe websites that had an English version. They were truly making sure I had a good experience. Lastly, breakfast was very good. The mattress might be a bit hard for western people like me, but this is personal preference and does not take away from the good experience i had

“100% would go there again <3”

I really enjoyed my time there, but the heavy rain cancelled my plan to stay in Phong Nha, so I checked out early and the hotel refunded me for the second night. They finished my laundry earlier than expected because of my spontaneous departure, and the staff replied to my texts within minutes. They even offered to help me book a last‑minute bus. At reception, there were many tours available, though I couldn’t book any due to the rain. The room was super nice and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The only issue was that the TV didn’t work; they said they’d already tried to fix it, which was a minor inconvenience but otherwise everything was great.

The reception was welcoming and pleasant, offering many day‑tour options. Zoe (Thuy) was full of life and eager to help with everything.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were the most amazing and welcoming I’ve ever met.

The rooms were large with a nice view, the owners were very friendly and helpful, and the bedroom lighting was good. However, the place wasn’t very clean: lizards were coming from the bathroom plumbing and there were a few ants, the sink drain was leaking onto the floor, and the bathroom stayed wet.
