Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was reasonably good and the rooms were spacious. We didn’t know one room would have twin beds and the other a queen; we expected two queens, so this should be advertised better. Bugs appeared all over the primary bedroom and kept coming back during the stay even though we kept all doors and windows shut. The bathroom felt dirty.

The location was good. The house was very neglected, the rug was dirty and torn, and ants were in the kitchen cupboards.

The location was good. The cleanliness was lacking.

The place looked pretty nice, but the staff were unhelpful and there were no rides provided to get you to your destination. They seemed to think we should have already arranged a car, as other resorts usually offer transport if you don’t have one. Their attitude made us feel foolish. The restaurant was completely closed, and the staff put me on hold twice without ever returning my call. They also made it difficult for every Lyft or Uber driver that tried to pick me up, which was very rude. The overall environment was filthy, and I will never return. The price you pay here should have delivered far more than what was actually provided.

I stay here every year because of its good location and the property is usually nice. However, this time the property was poor: the four beds were old and the jacuzzi was broken.
