The place is tucked into a leafy area, spotless and dead quiet except for birdsong. No mosquitoes, the air‑conditioning worked fine and the linens felt high‑quality. The kitchen served up tasty dishes, so I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

They pulled the plug on a reservation that was already confirmed and gave me zero help getting my money back. I was left scrambling for a refund with no assistance from the property.

Everything from the cleaning to the décor, the front desk and the coffee was spot on, so I’ll definitely be back. The only hiccups were the lack of street signs—without GPS I’d have missed it entirely—and the bed being unusually high, with two thick mattresses that forced me onto the single‑size bed instead of the double.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was generous, and the setting itself is pleasant. Unfortunately the shower had weak pressure and a ripped hand‑shower, so we had to jury‑rig it, the bed was a bit firm and the bedding missed the top sheet, and the hotel is about three kilometres from the centre, meaning you need a transfer; plus they tack on an extra fee for card payments or instalments.

Everything was spotlessly clean, well organized and the service was attentive—really perfect overall. The only thing that felt off was the vague “very” comment, but otherwise I had no complaints.
