The property was unkept and filthy, so I refused to stay there; it was totally misrepresented online and a terrible decision—I should be refunded.

The room was canceled before we arrived, leaving us hanging with no accommodation almost 5 hours from home.

This hotel doesn't serve breakfast, nor is there anywhere nearby to have breakfast. It would be better if they offered promotions or occasional discounts; the refrigerators also need to be in better condition—at least the one in my room wasn't working and was rusty.
