Rooms include air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies, kitchenettes, minibars and free Wi‑Fi. On‑site dining offers British, French and Indian cuisine, a bar, outdoor fireplace and live evening entertainment. Mihiripenna Beach lies steps away; Koggala Airport is 5 km distant, with fishing, walking and bike tours nearby.

The spot is an absolute dream, even more beautiful than the photos suggest, with a communal balcony right by the sea offering breathtaking views and a nearby beach that is truly stunning. The host is unbelievably kind, helpful, and friendly, making you feel like a family member; breakfast was decent, if not great, and throughout the day free coffee, tea, fruit (like a whole pineapple or watermelon), and juices were provided. The WIFI is adequate for everyday use such as browsing or Instagram, usually around 10 Mbit download and 5 Mbit upload. The air‑conditioning and fan worked well, were very quiet, and could be used at night. The rooms were clean enough for Sri Lankan standards, though the bathrooms had the usual mold issue seen across the country; I was able to switch for free to a pricier room that didn’t have that problem. Bathroom cleanliness could definitely be a bit better, but overall everything fit the bill, and the host’s warmth more than made up for that minor annoyance.
