“Hotel with a hauntingly graceful air and a dreamlike location”
Great beachfront location, spacious rooms, and a beautiful, large reception area featuring wonderful design and décor. Very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries. Highly efficient air conditioning. An exceptionally long outdoor pool. ATM in the reception area. There were very few guests in the hotel considering the size of the premises and the scale of the operation. The facilities had an almost ghostly atmosphere—for instance, the restrooms featuring a barbershop. The restaurant did not look particularly inviting, with two closed gates blocking the entrance. The food did not appeal to my Filipino guests; I also found it under-seasoned and lacking in flavor. The staff was not adequately trained for the number of guests present. Everyone tried their best, but I think many of the employees were overwhelmed. The coffee was not tasty; I have certainly had better
