The staff were very attentive; when we had a problem and arrived a day later, they offered us an extra day free of charge without any explanation, even though the stay was non‑refundable. The Egyptian breakfast is quite complete and they deliver it to your room at the time you choose. The only downside is that the whole night was very hot because the hotel is above the market; it would be nice to have cool water upon arrival given the city’s heat.

The location is excellent. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky because there is no sign, but Salma was on hand the whole time from my arrival in the city.

The location is very good. We had breakfast to go prepared for the days we left early for excursions. Air conditioning and a fan are essential in Aswan. The fridge and electric kettle in the room were a great extra. It is very noisy because it’s next to the Market (Zuk) street; when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet. We were given one towel for two people, and when we asked for another it wasn’t usable because it wasn’t clean.

The location, the economical price, and the very friendly staff – I asked for two copies of a printout and they gave them to me immediately. Nothing negative, though there is a lot of noise, but you can’t complain if you want a hotel in the city centre that’s also quiet 🤣🤣

Near the bazaar and the price is cheap. The toilet and shower are in the same shared room, which was dirty.
