The breakfast was tasty but had to be collected outside the hotel with vouchers, and while the hotel sits near the subway it still takes 10‑15 minutes on foot; it’s a budget pick. The staff were rude, repeatedly asking if the room was paid for (it was!), nobody spoke English, they were unhelpful and uninformative, room cleaning fell short, the room was noisy from neighbors and traffic even though it was advertised as soundproof, windows were filthy, storage space in the room was absurdly limited, the beds felt like hard rock, and the hallway smelled bad.
