The price was good, the location was great, and the staff were excellent. I booked two double rooms through the staff, but when I arrived I was given a motel room with a single bed—nothing like what I ordered. They need to explain this to guests; some staff even wanted to leave.
Getting to the hotel was straightforward and the front desk team was polite and knowledgeable. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, but the room lacked any blankets and the fitted sheet kept slipping off the mattress, which was annoying. Nice staff and easy access, just need to sort the bedding issues.

On the downside, everything is controlled by a single key, there’s no jacuzzi, no hot water, the TV only shows sports, and there’s no private gate for cars – things you’d expect for safety.
