The staff worked incredibly hard, doing everything possible to make our stay wonderful; they were friendly and went the extra mile. The room was stunning, spotless, and my family had the best time—definitely coming back next year.

Franchement magnifique 😍, but some guests do not respect the place.

The hotel was very nice and the food was delicious, but the housecleaning could be improved; the room and bathroom were not completely clean, I noticed stray hair on the floors, and using floor fresheners would make the bathroom smell much cleaner.
