The location was great, but the rooms didn't match the photos. We asked for new pillows four times before anything happened. The supposedly renovated rooms had many defects, and not every guest had towels. The spa didn't exist. The terrace was so wet that we couldn't use it, and even after several requests nothing was fixed. A constant noise—like a washing machine spinning—filled the room that was supposed to be a suite, yet it didn't look like the pictures they posted. There was no bathtub as advertised.

The room was large and the bed quality was especially noteworthy. The location: a 20‑minute walk to the market was fine for us, especially considering how quiet it was at night. No carpet in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Brom and Penelope, who suggested many worthwhile destinations. The carpet in the corridors could be replaced.

The location was beautiful on a quiet canal, just a 10‑minute walk from the center with a lovely stroll, and otherwise it met all the standards of a 4‑star hotel. Nothing to complain about.

Erg mooie en ruime kamer. Deze was helemaal niet ingericht. In principe niks, ja zag alleen wel het verschil in de rest van het hotel. Deze was wat meer gedateerd
