The food was good, but the room was too small and the room service was poor.

I was left waiting for check‑in for 3 hours, which was a huge let‑down after a 6‑hour drive. The bathroom had no towels and only a single glass for water. Breakfast was mediocre and the service was sluggish. The overall hospitality felt poor, so I won’t return.

The location and restaurant were fine, but basic services were lacking: constant noise, delayed room cleaning, drainage problems in the bath, a broken lift, and a faulty safe deposit box. Despite raising complaints repeatedly over three days, no one responded.

Pls put some board in front of hotel to indicate way to enter from main road. It was difficult to me to get entering hotel while driving car. CAR parking guidance should be provided during peak hours or when parking is busy
