Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is right in the city center, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The value for money is questionable; the room is small, equipment is adequate, but the condition isn’t great. The bathroom was refitted, yet the paint and plaster are poorly done.

My go‑to hotel in Phnom Penh, I’ve stayed here many times now; the location is great with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, the staff are friendly, and the hotel stays clean with the room cleaned every day—had eight good nights of sleep. I was a bit disappointed on my last day when I asked if I could check out two hours later; they said yes but would cost ten dollars.

I got great value for the money and the room was good.

The location was fine, but the building felt very old and dated, and the room had a slightly fruity smell; the breakfast was shocking.

The location was great, yet the air conditioner struggled.
