The location was great, but the kitchen lacked utensils for cooking meals.

They want an email from booking .com customer service agreeing to the termination of the planned stay.They are not accepting the WhatsApp message sent to me by customer service ,but INSISTING A EMAIL BE SENT TO THEM THAT YOU HAVE Agreed TO CHARGE COMMISSION FOR ONLY THREE NIGHTS ( 3rd April to 6th April). I had to leave the premises because the facility had no water from 4 am IST. On the 6th morning and they could not resolve the issue inconvenience my family and me
