All around I was satisfied! 😊 Slept superbly, food was tasty, and the location was wonderfully quiet. With the pool and sauna it was simply perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I’ll definitely come back! 👍

The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Also worth mentioning the pleasant air in the dining area while we were eating. However, despite having an elevator, the room was only reachable by a staircase, and we weren’t informed about this. It’s difficult if you’re mobility‑impaired.

Breakfast was very neatly prepared, with plenty of choices. The dinner menu and the meal itself were excellent. No negatives.

Breakfast was okay, but I liked the dinner even more. The hotel is very convoluted, and finding the room feels like navigating a maze because there are clearly several historically grown extensions. Using the sauna costs an extra 9 Euro, which I booked at 19:30 h. A younger couple denied me entry, claiming they had booked the sauna exclusively (probably for their intimacy) at the reception. I complained at the front desk, and another older bath and sauna guest also faced the same harsh rejection from the younger couple. The hotel said it would try to resolve the situation with the bold couple that evening. Either way, my anticipation for the sauna was ruined.
