“Great location, even better hospitality”

The hotel sits right in the heart of Long Xuyen, a great spot for exploring the city. The rooms are practical and comfortable, offering everything needed for a short stay. The highlight was Mimi at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and kind, suggesting places to visit, where to eat, and which local dishes to try. She also helped me book my bus tickets, making everything so much easier. Staff like Mimi add an extremely important value to a hotel; her warmth and willingness to help really made a difference. The location is close to the city center. The hotel left the bed sheets dirty, the guests’ skin rashes all over, and only offered a bed and mattress change. The room had a hot water tap and a dryer, but the staff were indifferent and the door lock was broken.
