Very clean, milk in the fridge. Loved the birdsong. Peaceful. Practical to have a separate loo from the bathroom. The iron didn’t work properly; it wouldn’t steam on the steam setting, just leaked water.

The room didn’t match what was booked. We reserved a room listed as having 3 twin beds, but were given a room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. We messaged the property on arrival to check whether this was the correct room. The reply was simply “Yes”, and when we explained that we needed three separate beds, we were told the host was unavailable. We received no further response and no attempt was made to resolve the issue, not even an offer of spare bedding. The listing should reflect the actual bed configuration, and guests who raise a problem on arrival deserve a response.
