The room was clean and spacious, right next to the bus lines; the towels smelled amazing and the room was refreshed daily. Paola was a wonderful host who provided everything you need for a quick meal any time of day—perfect for families. Her daily attentions were lovely and she gave great advice. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Everything was perfect, a cozy stay close to several transport stops to the city center and the airport. The most charming and magical lady, Paola, was available every day, offering tips on nearby restaurants and which stop to get off at for specific sights. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped; daily cleaning and restocking of the breakfast fridge kept everything ready. The breakfast was a “do‑it‑yourself” style, but all essentials—savory breads, cured meats, and sweet treats—were available, which suited us perfectly. The accommodation is small but very family‑friendly, cozy, clean, and well maintained. I can only recommend this place. Choosing it at the Rome stop is a no‑mistake; it has everything: transport to the center, lovely Paola, nearby restaurants, and supermarkets. The only minor issue was occasional Wi‑Fi slowdowns, but overall it was fine.

I met a very friendly and helpful owner, the place is well‑connected, and the ingredients for a self‑made breakfast were good and varied.
