The onsen is really nice, but it's a bit far from everything and there are few restaurants around.

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the size is just right for a couple, but the breakfast could offer more international options; not everyone likes eating in the morning.

The space feels cozy, the bath and sauna are refreshing, the shampoo bar is fun, and the post‑bath ice, night‑time soba, and comic corner are delightful, yet the room smelled bad and the spray didn’t remove the odor, so I regretted not swapping rooms.

The onsen and 90‑degree sauna are very well maintained, the roof has a foot bath with a Fuji view, the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of Japanese specialties, there are free vending machines, and evenings include a set of frames; many small touches make it very pleasant and highly recommendable, though the location is a bit off‑the‑beaten‑path but a local bus stops nearby and the highway bus is a 10‑minute walk away.
