The central location… the palace is very beautiful, fridge in the room, water and coffee 24 h. The only complaint is that there is no luggage storage.

The location is gorgeous and super central on Via XX and the building is relatively nice… the staff are very welcoming.

Water filter and coffee are available for guests, there's an elevator, and the location is good. I asked for the tourism tax bill that was added at check‑in, but it never arrived; they said it would be there (but I already knew it wouldn’t). In the shower there was a kind of water tank that made a lot of noise.
