“Caro demais para o que oferece”

The breakfast was good, with fresh ingredients and a decent selection, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. The shower had a nice flow. The double bed was small and the mattress was very uncomfortable for a hotel. The bathroom was huge, but the shower box was cramped and the shower head pointed straight at the door, so every time I opened the tap I got sprayed. On top of that, there was a useless support below the shower that kept hitting me while I showered. The room was poorly designed and could have been better. I paid 350 reais for a disappointing stay, and I later discovered that booking directly with the hotel would have been more than 60 reais cheaper.

“Péssima atitude e péssimo atendimento.”

Nothing positive to report. The hotel cancelled my booking without my consent and without contacting me through the platform I used to book. This caused a problem because there were no other accommodations available in the city due to an event. I received a WhatsApp message that my reservation had been cancelled, and when I tried to reach out to resolve the issue I was simply ignored. The receptionist, Sara, was “attended” to me in the worst possible way.
